Oxnards is a small residential area, located close to University of the West Indies, major highway and west coast beaches and amenities, it is centrally located with easy access to Bridgetown. This upstairs studio unit is cozy with a separate bedroom, bathroom dining and kitchen areas. The unit is outfitted with basic kitchen appliances, microwave and essentials, there are also 2 under counter stools for dining. The bedroom has a full sized bed, wall mounted television with fire-stick and a desk and chair if needed, the bathroom has a shower. There is also cupboard space for clothes hanging and storage. The unit is breezy, but for further comfort a wall mounted and a standing fan will be provided. Laundry is accommodated downstairs with a washing machine and clothes hanging lines.
