The small downstairs spaces (5 individual offices in total) on offer are approximately 120-160 sq ft and can each comfortably accommodate 1-2 persons. Each office is private and carries its own air-conditioning unit, based on requirements, one or more of the spaces can be rented to a prospective tenant (each office space is $750 monthly including utilities).There is a common conference room available for use by all tenants of the offices, there are also shared male and female washrooms, and lunchroom facilities.
