Brighton No. 1 is a single storey concrete and wooden structure located in a predominately commercial area with primarily light manufacturing, warehousing, offices and some retail. This building is approximately 2,003 sq.ft of covered area and sits on a site of 7,684 sq.ft. It is currently divided into seven offices but can be easily reconfigured to suit specific requirements.
