Please be aware that the former Discovery Bay Hotel which was situated adjacent to Art Studio Condominiums, was completely demolished and the new building is fully erected but still under construction. As a result of the ongoing works there is a risk of noise, dust and disturbance to Art Studios and the neighboring properties.

To help mitigate this, Art Studios 8 has been fully enclosed (patio included) and outfitted with noise reducing, tight seal glass windows and doors, as well as fully air conditioned in order to further reduce the risk of disturbance for our guests. Upon booking this property, you therefore acknowledge the above and accept that disturbance is a possibility despite the mentioned upgrades.
