Mullins Bay TH3 'Tradewinds' is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property located just steps away from the famous Mullins Beach.  Located in the gated community of Mullins Bay this well designed villa offers all the comforts of home to make your holiday extra special.  This property also has beach acces at Fairmont Beach Club about 5 - 10 minute drive away.
The ground level is spacious and takes full advantage of the covered outdoor areas with dining and seating overlooking the large crystal clear plunge pool and well tended garden area.  The living room comfortably seats 8 and the well equipped kitchen allows the freedom of preparing your own meals or we can arrange the services of a chef or cook.  One bedroom is located on this level with a queen bed with direct access to the outside patio and the bathroom is located across from the bedroom and also serves as a powder room.  
On the second level are two more bedrooms, one with king bedand and ensuite and one bathroom outside of the third which has twin beds bedroom.  Both bedrooms lead out to the shared balcony with views of the ocean just steps away.
On the third level is the attic bedroom with twin beds and access to the roof deck.  This private area is perfect for sunbathing and watching the sailboats going by.  This bedroom shares the bathroom on the second level.
The housekeeper is in every 4 days and will look after you during your stay.
Mullins Bay is the perfect base for your Barbados holiday with Speightstown just 5 minutes away and Holetown 15 minutes away.  Numerous restaurants, bars, cafes abound so you will be spoilt for choice of where to go.
