A couple steps away and you are right on the Boardwalk which gives you the option of two beautiful white sandy beaches within five minutes walk. If you are looking for live nightly entertainment , St Lawrence Gap is a short bus trip , thirty minute walk or US$10 taxi fare from the tranquility of your cottage. If history and culture are of interest, ten minutes away you will find the historic Garrison Savannah, well known for local horse racing events and home to our local Museum and George Washington House . Bridgetown our capital is approximately 10 minutes by bus where you will find our Parliamentary Buildings with a rich 300 year old history. A must do is to hop on one of the many local buses and minivans which will take you further south up to Oistins for the famous Friday night fish fry where vendors will offer you a variety of grilled local catch of the day with the option to try some delicious marcaroni pie and salad.
