Unit 108 Friendship is a recently renovated studio apartment with porcelain tiles, locally produced teak wood stained cabinetry and high quality finishes and furnishings. Bathroom walkway offers floor to ceiling cupboards and a make-up vanity. Amenities include a king sized bed, fully equipped kitchenette with marble like countertop, AC, 32" Smart flat screen TV, WIFI, cable & landline (the latter two are awaiting fiber installation). An iron, ironing board, hair dryer, room safe and local cell phone are provided for convenience in addition to hand, bath and beach towels, lightweight backpack beach chairs and a beach bag. Maid service is provided on a weekly basis. Rockley enjoys a central location on the South Coast of Barbados and is within walking distance of beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities.

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $99 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $125 per night Please note rates are subject to tax.

PLEASE NOTE: The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Pleasant Hall is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas. PAYMENT TERMS: There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard or wire transfer.
