Glitter Bay 312 'Shells' is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the third floor and about 100 yds away from the beach. The new owners have spared no expense in modernising this apartment which has lovely views of the gardens and pool and even a small glimpse of the blue ocean between the towering coconut trees dotted around the spacious grounds.
Shells has a sleek modern look reflected in the furnishings and the decor. The master bedroom is a king bed and is ensuite with a double vanity and rain shower with pebble floor tiles. The bedroom has a garden view and leads out to the comfortable seating area on the balcony. The second bedroom has two XL twin beds which can also be made as a king. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and also has a double vanity and rain shower with pebble tiles. Both bedrooms have personal electronic safes and Smart Flatscreen TV'. The second bedroom has a PlayStation 4.
The open plan living area is bright and airy lending a beach chic feel to the space. The sleek modern kitchen is complete with Miele appliances and fridge with an ice-maker. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences to make a fabulous feast or simple snack. The living room has a comfortable three seater sofa, arm chair and two extra chairs for additional seating. The living area leads to the dining area for al fresco dining with a round table which can seat 6.
Dotted throughout the apartment are beautiful pieces of art and decor collected from Italy, Spain, Barbados, UK, mainland USA and Hawaii.
