There is lots of built in storage in the apartment and original local art and craft.  The communal pool and laundry facilities are steps away.  

This unique apartment is close to several beautiful beaches, golf, tennis, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks and shopping.   

No smoking or vaping inside the apartment. Kids and pets are not allowed. Subletting is not permitted.
