There is a water storage tank that will pump water to the unit in the event there is a water outage, and all water supplied is filtered.

THE RENTAL RATE INCLUDES WATER AND ELECTRICITY, THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WI-FI & GAS ( THE IS A FULL 50lb BOTTLE IF GAS PROVIDED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE TENANCY, THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REFILLS THEREAFTER.
