Since launching Barbados Property Search in Jan 2013, analytics show that there have been 211,000 pageviews from 47,000 visitors in 150 countries, who spend an average of over 5 minutes on the site and view 4 pages per visit.

It's no surprise that the majority of the sites' visitors are from Barbados, (43%), followed by:

UK - 17%
US - 14%
Canada - 12%
Trinidad & Tobago - 10%

Mobile users (smartphone, tablet) account for 30% of the visits to the site, to cater for this we launched a mobile version of the site in December 2013. We have since seen dramatic growth in this area with a huge increase in visitors browsing real estate on their mobile.

Narrowing our focus to the last 6 months, daily visits to the site have jumped to close to 300 - that's 300 (and rising) individual potential leads that you could be reaching, daily. Visitors are also spending longer on the site and viewing more real estate properties each visit:

We have seen direct enquiries on properties to realtors rise month on month - shown below are the enquiries since launch, these are email enquiries - they don't take into account direct telephone enquiries.

We share this information with all our realtors so they can see just what they are getting, in fact, they have a personalised control panel allowing them to see all the information relating to their properties, enquiries and information.
