Glitter Bay 213 is under new ownership and the owners will be doing full renovations in Sep/Oct 2021. The kitchen, bathrooms and floorings will be redone and new soft furnishings throughout. We can't wait to showcase the new GB213 - stay tuned! In the meantime enjoy the pre-renovation rates between now and September.
Glitter Bay 213 is a two bedroom second floor apartment located in Bouganvillea block. Glitter Bay 213 sleeps four (4) with the existing bedding and can be rented as a One Bedroom except at Xmas/New Year. This comfortable apartment is fully furnished and has air conditioning throughout.
The master bedroom is ensuite with a step in glass enclosed shower and double sink granite vanity and has a king bed, ceiling fan and large glass sliding doors leading to the south facing balcony.
The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be made into a king. The bedroom is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and has a combined shower and tub with a large double sink granite vanity.
The galley style kitchen has marfil countertops, large sink, fridge/freezer, mini dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and electric stove and oven. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, cookware are all provided.
The living area is air conditioned with a ceiling fan, internet TV. There is plenty of seating with a three seat inbuilt sofa and a comfortable upholstered three seat sofa. The large glass sliding doors leads out to the south facing balcony which is spacious, has celing fans. a wrap-around wall seating area and an oblong wooden glass topped dining table seating six persons. Great place to sit and relax as the sun goes down while sipping a refreshing cocktail.
Glitter Bay 213 affords views of the pool, spacious gardens and there is an obstructed view of the ocean past the palm trees.
