Port St Charles
Port St. Charles is in Six Mens Bay, about a mile north of Speightstown, and adjoins lovely beaches. Speightstown, the closest town to Port St. Charles, is known for its forever cultural ambience with roadside vending, fishing, fish market and pubs. For the more modern commercial side to this historic town there's banking, shopping and casual dining. Speightstown is approximately 25 minutes drive to the capital, Bridgetown and 40 minutes drive to the airport.
Port St. Charles, Barbados, is an exclusive residential marina development in the Caribbean offering 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes on the lagoon front for re-sale and 3, 4 and 5 bedroom new homes on the Beach front. It is an impressive new development built around a lagoon that includes some man made islands. The surrounding condominiums, many of which are for rent or sale, are super-luxurious and some have their own docks for yachts up to 8-foot draft. These inside berths at Port St. Charles are all for residents. A rock breakwater and small peninsula protects the port and contains a fuel dock, port of entry, and six visitor berths, particularly suitable for mega yachts. Transient yachts are welcome to stop by and take on fuel or clear in with customs. Keep in mind this is a very pristine place more like driving your yacht into a swimming pool than into a marina, so treat it accordingly.
Purchase contracts are available and homes are ready for occupancy.
