With all the benefits of luxury villa living, Vistamar features a stunning partially covered veranda which leads to the pool deck and covered poolside gazebo along with a two-bedroom self-contained cottage, just a stones throw away from the main house. Enjoy cooling island breezes as you kick back and relax, letting our experienced staff take care of your every need.
The indoor living room features oversized comfortable sofas and French doors that open out on to a covered terrace with casual outdoor seating, wet bar, and a large dining table that seats 12, so everyone can gather together and enjoy quality time during their holiday.
Should you wish to escape, the self-contained cottage has a small interior living room with TV and a large patio that includes a stunning sculpted coral stone and glass dining table, comfy sofas, and chairs as well as a selection of books and games to keep the kids (and adults!) entertained.
Our friendly staff will provide you with three meals a day, after discussing your culinary preferences. Start each day with a refreshing dip in the swimming pool while breakfast is prepared; we can organise a menu that suits whatever your heart desires, or to your specific dietary needs. Groceries can be purchased on your behalf by our concierge team so the only thing you have to do is put down your suitcase and start enjoying your vacation.
Gather for an evening meal of delicious, home-made food prepared by the cook and order your choice of fine wines or champagne to celebrate your holiday or special occasion.
Stay close to home by visiting Holetown with its lively atmosphere on Second Street, with plentiful bars and a variety of restaurants such as The Mews or West Bar. Venture further North, to Speightstown, for some authentic local flavour and freshly caught seafood at The Fish Pot.
Travel further afield to the south coast, where you can explore jazzy bistros in Bridgetown, find nightclubs that will take you into the wee hours, stop off at any of the bars and restaurants dotted along the coastline and take a walk-through St Lawrence Gap for a night cap at Cocktail Kitchen. On a Wednesday or a Friday, head to Oistins, where the catch of the day is grilled right in front of you, island-style.
Perfect for families or groups of friends, Vistamar has the freedom of a home away from home, as each day is your own. Guests at Vistamar have access to the private Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Club, tennis, golf, the Spa, and fine restaurants; the villa is also close to Holetown and Speightstown, and all the amenities that the west coast of Barbados has to offer.
Vistamar is a non-smoking villa, and we ask our guests to please smoke only outside of the building.
