Firecracker is somewhat unique in having had its catering and outside areas specifically designed and executed to cater for larger parties and offers commercial standard kitchen facilities and refrigeration from Sub Zero to meet the needs of the most demanding chef or private client.

The Villa is set out with no less than three distinct dining areas, two outside and one inside offering great flexibility for formal or informal dining. The Gazebo is a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner and again offers commercial standard BBQ, griddle and refrigeration facilities. An air-conditioned media room offers WiFi, DVD, TV facilities, and printing.
