Mullins Bay is a gated community which has 24/7 security, the property is just a stone’s throw from the world-famous Mullins Beach, one of the most gorgeous beaches on the west coast of Barbados, home to the often fully-booked SeaShed Restaurant and Salt Bar. Each villa is air conditioned and has complimentary wifi throughout.
This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa makes for a peaceful haven during your Barbados holiday with enough space to enjoy the Barbados ambience of villa living on the island. Opt for our shopping service and have the kitchen fully stocked to your liking on arrival, or inquire about a private chef to prepare meals for you during your stay.
The kitchen is open plan, fully equip and has a Nespresso machine. Looking out onto the outdoor living/dining space, pool and garden with a barbecue. Enjoy a relaxing pool day with cushioned sun loungers, umbrellas and a plunge pool with an outdoor shower perfect for when you want to wash off the salt and sand from a dip in the sea across the road. The spacious living space has a TV, the kitchen leads to an intimate dining table with a desk space against the wall.
 
The master bedroom is ensuite with a shower, footed tub and vanity. Enjoy the spacious room fit with a king bed and ample storage. The second bedroom is on the same level with a king size bed. The bathroom is down the hall and has a large shower and vanity with more storage. The third bedroom is on the third level with two, twin beds. Each bedroom has it’s own private balcony with seating to enjoy the breathtaking views and a sundowner or two!
The villa has an open plan, breezy indoor layout which leads out onto the outdoor living and dining space.
Hotel style housekeeping is included 3 days per week (usually on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday) which the towels and bed linens will be changed, the housekeeper can also do your personal laundry at this time on request. We are also the house managers, so we’d be happy to help with any booking for local attractions, activities and other reservations.
Your stay will include access to the Mullins Beach Club where you can access complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, they also have a F&B where you can find some yummy food to enjoy with your toes in the sand or in their restaurant. Please note they only accept card, no cash payments. You’ll be a 5 minute drive to Speightstown and 10 minute drive to Holetown. There is also a communal pool that you can access.
