General information on the rental space at Lewis Tower is as follows:
The owner would be covering the cost of the potable water supply.
The renter would cover the cost of the electrical supply, telephone supply, data supply and any other additions they require.
The common areas (20ft by 20ft area with the main stair case and the elevator) have already been outfitted by the owner.
The bathrooms have also been outfitted by the owner.
The cost of the outfit of the office space is the responsibility of the renter. The renter must consult with the owner and the owner must approve the proposed outfit before proceeding.
