Pleasant Hall 425 is a lovely ground floor studio apartment for holiday rental situated in the popular Rockley Country Club in Barbados. This fully equipped South coast accommodation offers an open plan area with two double beds, bathroom, a walk-in closet, air conditioning and WIFI. Pleasant Hall Unit 425 has a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, kettle, cutlery and crockery. In addition, the patio at this holiday apartment overlooks the 3rd Fairway of the Rockley golf course and guests have access to a communal pool and laundry facility situated within the cluster.

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $99 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $125 per night

PLEASE NOTE THE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% TAX. PLEASE NOTE: The minimum stay is 3 nights. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Pleasant Hall is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas. PAYMENT TERMS: There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard or wire transfer.
